I had been taking my two kids to this practice for 5 years. Dr. Killian and her hygienists are very good and my kids like them. But her office staff's customer service has been declining abysmally for the past several years, even though we were loyal and good patients, always arriving and paying on time. Customer service hit a low point today with a very dismissive remark made to me by the office manager. She was very quick to let me know I was inconveniencing them, with my child's emergency fractured tooth, because technically we're no longer patients, having moved a while ago. During that time I'd been looking for dentists but hadn't secured a new one. Apparently, when you no longer provide revenue, they no longer provide emergency services - or manners. I'm beyond disappointed with this practice, and happy to have left.
