I found this dentist to be very unprofessional and rude. I chose her b/c she was in network. I would rather pay out of network prices for a good dentist than ever take my child back there.

My husband and I took our 5 year old son to Dr. Franz for an assesment of a cracked tooth that needed treatment right before we left for a 3 week vacation. We were astonished at Dr. Caren Franz's lack of interest in answering even the most basic questions pertaining to our sons treatment plan. She was extremely insensitive to our concerns. She recommended a silver overlay that would be crimped over his tooth after she removed the pulp. Although our son had no pain it was important to us that this procedure was handled before we went away and we requested to pay extra to have the crown be a white cover rather than the silver overlay she was suggesting. She was very put off by our request and insisted this wouldn't last and she would have to order it and that would take even longer. After some more discussion we agreed to do what she suggested and then she said she didn't have any time left to see him and we'd have to set another appt? We pleaded that this was important to do before our vacation and she was very rude and said other patients needed her time too. She appears very disinterested in any parent that actually cares about the treatment plan being received. The staff is also just as immature and unprofessional.

My daughter started with Dr. Franz at 3 years old and I can honestly say LOVES going to the dentitst. The staff there along with Dr. Franz are all marvelous with children and the level of customer service in all other areas in unmatched.

My 3 children have been going to Dr. Franz since they were toddlers. I would highly recommend her office. Her staff is very nice and really care about the kids as does Dr. Franz.

I take my child to Dr. Franz. We drive 40 minutes to see her; even though she is not included in our dental plan. The staff there is excellent. We have been very happy with this dentist. She is definitely "kid-friendly". The only complaint I would have is that the waiting room and bathroom are shared with a doctor's office.

Cavities on my child's teeth were not filled properly, resulting in extensive decay that was left behind after the procedure.

My kids have been seeing Dr Franz for years. They love her and have no fear. I wish she would work on adults!
