I went here when I was 11. I have Asperger's Syndrome. which my mother talked over with them beforehand. They agreed to be kind to me and be gentle. They did not. They did not allow my mother to come back with me. They refused to listen to my mother about my high tolerance to medications, especially for sleep and relaxation. They pulled 2 molars that could have been repaired, they also did not tell anyone this. I was terrified when I got back there. Instead of attempting to calm me down, they proceeded to strap me down. This would be terrifying enough for a child without autsim, so you can imagine what it's like me an 11 year old autsic child. Also because I would not open my mouth, the dentist forcefully pried my jaw open and shoved one of those things they use to hold open your jaw for root canals. Also as a punishment, they did not give me any numbing shots or gel. Nothing for pain, I was full I'll awake and I felt everything. Now here 9 years later, the idea of a dentist nearly brings me to a panic attack.
So thank you dr snodgrass for mentally tramatizing a mentally ill child. You should have been shut down already for your abuse and torture of children.
If you get this one deleted, I will just post another one. I will NEVER let this go. You will not get rid of me. I will let everyone know what you have done to me and many others. I don't want this to happen to another child

Thank you so much for the great care you give my daughter!! You guys are the GREATEST!!! You are the only ones she has ever gone to, and when you set the Bar as high as all of you do, its hard to go somewhere else. You guys always take such great care of my BABY!!! Thanks so much for all you do!!!

My two daughters are usually seen in Cool Springs or Spring Hill locations which are far nicer, cleaner and patient friendly. The hermitage office had very rude dental asistants and when my child walked by crying (very unusual) i followed her to see what was wrong. I recevied the most chilling look from a dental hygenist who was working on a child sitting directly beside mine as i watched saliva flying in the air very close to my child. These children are lined up like cattle and they are quickly and roughly attended to while telling my child NOTHING before they inserted intruments in their mouths. My children have been taught to communicate with the Dr and tell them what is bothering them etc....they were basically dismissed and not even spoken to as people. The procedures i scheduled for were not done and after attempting to complain the office manager never called back. So much for PATIENTS FIRST!!! IT IS ALL ABOUT THE $$$$$ here! Insist on going back with your children and i dare say you will be enlightened and feel guilty for trusting these people to disappear with your children!!!

This is the best place to take your child. The office has a fun feel to it with all the games they can play. My little girls father also was a patient of Dr. Snodgrass when he was little and his teeth are perfect. THE BEST DENTIST!!!!!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT THE COOLSPRINGS OFFICE!! THE STAFF WAS GREAT, THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION THAT I HAD ABOUT MY LITTLE GIRL. I WILL NEVER CHANGE OFFICES!!

Just for information sake this is not a review of the dentists capabilities....Doctor King was fine, this is about the facility. What a disgusting, nasty, filthy, waiting room. Look closely, very closely, although everything appears neat and orderly and "kid" friendly. There is a layer of black dust and grime on everything. If this is supposed to be a pediatric dental facility you would think they would understand the certain degree of germs that children carry and would at the very least wipe down the video game screens, let alone, please wipe down your toys and base boards. And for God's sake..vacuum!!! I was a nervous wreck watching my daughter touch EVERYTHING! And our lovely reward...yeah...3 days later she's nasty terribly sick! And one side note, they make your toddler child lay flat down on their backs on a table to brush their teeth, who has ever heard of brushing your teeth while laying down? They said this is how I should brush her teeth at home..what? I could see sitting her up in a chair that gently lowers her back, but to lay down and to tell me I should brush her teeth on the couch or in bed that way..senseless. I'll never be back!

Front desk are friendly. Hygienists are professional. Rather patient in answering questions. But costs are high and recommended unnecessary procedures.

My children had a great experience at Snodgrass,King Dentistry. Everyone was extremenly professional and Dr.Snodgrass was very good with the kids.My son needed some work ,everything was done the same day and I did'nt have to take another day off work. I thought that was really nice and convienent. I also had some insurance questions and that also was handle very smoothly. I highly recommend this Practice for all of your families dental needs you wont be sorry.
