About Front Desk: My son broke his nose at school on a Thursday afternoon. I didn't take him to the doctor until Friday and Friday evening was notified of an appointment at an ear nose and throat doctor to get his nose looked at. The appointment was scheduled for Monday at the same time that I had dentist appointment scheduled for my kids at this office. My mom went out of town and was unable to help me with transportation and my husband just got out of the ICU at Vanderbilt and is currently blind and unable to drive. Therefore I called first thing Monday morning since I knew they weren't open on Friday Saturday or Sunday to try and reschedule my kids dentist appointments. I never received a call back about getting rescheduled but I received a letter a few days later saying that they will no longer see my children as patients and that we need to find a new dentist. My oldest is eight and has been seeing this dentist since she was three. This office staff is the most unfriendly and unsympathetic group of people I've ever talked to. SORRY ON BEHALF OF MY BLIND HUSBAND AND KID WITH THE BROKEN NOSE. They really didn't mean to cut into your appointment times. ??
