Worst dentist I've ever taken my child to. Went for a referral. Never met the doctor once through the one visit or the procedure my daughter had done. I was told she had a couple cavities by her primary. She determined that she had 8 teeth that needed to be capped. The day of the procedure, a nurse came out and said that my daughter needed to have two front teeth pulled as well due to an infection that I was never shown by either her primary or Dr. Jeffords. The procedure she did was completely unnecessary, traumatizing, and poorly done. She didn't even clean the teeth "affected by cavities" well before capping them. A year and a half later, due to her negligence my daughter had an abscess starting under two teeth that had caps on them and the infection had spread up under another tooth! She had to have these two teeth extracted to ensure her baby teeth weren't affected and an abscess didn't get worse! Will rate terrible every where I can possibly rate you.

I have seen Dr. Jeffords for many years and would never go anywhere else. I am confident in her treatment abilities and would never hesitate to see her. She treats us with a professional kindness and the children love her and the toys!

Poor demeanor, very cold. She said my daughter had 6 cavities and needed 4 teeth pulled due to crowding. We got a second opinion and she only had 2 cavities and did not need any teeth pulled. Enough said!

Disappointed with her demeanor towards her patients,you know the ones that keep her business,well IN BUSINESS. Very rude. The crowd is a bit on the rough side so that itself was a bit uncomfortable for me. The only reason I had my child's procedure done here was bc it needed to be done ASAP and didn't get the chance to "look around". I said hello and good morning to her a couple of times with absolutely no response and I was completely ignored(while directly looking at her). I DO NOT expect her to befriend me but a little more respect is what I DO expect from a community provider. Second, after she finished her work she passed right past me with absolutely no eye contact and swiftly said that the services were completed."Your child did good."I believe there should be a little more respect as a doctor to her patients that keep her in business.NEVER will I return to her office.I will go down the road into the Stone Oak area where-1.As a patient I will be treated with a little more kindness and respect. 2. The crowd will make me feel a little more at ease.My respect for her has quickly gone down the drain. Why is that important? As a community provider that is exactly what her reputation will become. After all she is above us all ;)

Dr. Jeffrods is not the problem, it's her staff. Not only are they incompetent, they are rude! Trying to pay on your bill is impossible -- be prepared to have all your previoius paperwork in front of you. They are very disorganized. The wait time was well over an hour and siblings are not allowed back in the rooms. If Dr. Jeffrods were to clean house and hire a new staff she would receive more stars.

Dr. Jeffords is a delightful, thoughtful, and caring person. My daughter had surgery with her, and I was very pleased with the results and caliber of the work done. However, I have been disappointed with the office staff and their unwillingness to cooperate with me on getting the insurance taken care of for my daughter's surgery.
