My daughter was 2 and ½ when we first visited the dentist and it was a great experience. Dr. Sharif and her staff were patient and realized the anxiety associated with toddler’s first visit to the dentist and made it fun. They let my daughter touch the tooth cleaner, and never pushed her that first visit. Thereafter, there was far less anxiety associated with visiting the dentist and she does great. Most of all she is honest and knowledgeable, employing the latest technology and technics in the area of pediatric dentistry. I would definitely recommend her.

I told them 3 different times my child should not receive gas. They gassed him! They charged me for it, removed the charge as a 'courtesy discount' because treatment took so long, then lied to me about it when I confronted them.
Dentist is not an orthodontist. Staff will answer lots of questions to specifically not say 'orthodontist'. This is misleading. If you're going to spend 4K on braces - go to a trained orthodontist, not a dentist with a few classes for braces.

Absolutely no customer service...very unfriendly. I expected much more from a pediatric dentist but very disappointed.
On two separate occasions, I had to take my daughter back because something was not done properly. Not much of an explanation nor apology offered, just excuses and defensive attitude from her and the staff.
Please understand that this is not based upon one experience but over about 2.5 years. My insurance was very limited in who we could see, so we had no choice.

The service at the faciliy was good. The procedures were fairly expensive. There is not enough information provided to the patient.

The best recommendation I can make is that my 2 kids (8 and 5)
are never fearful about going to Dr Sharif's office.

Hi - I have to give it up for Dr Sharif and her staff - a very comfortable and friendly place for young children. I have a 7-yo and an 11-yo and both have been in several times to see her. It's a pleasant experience every time (and I hate dentists!).

I think Dr. Sharif and her staff are excellent. They have comforted my children and explained everything in a clear manner. The office adminstration staff works very hard to clear up insurance questions. They are also able to schedule appts quickly and easily.
