My dentist of choice since i moved to Denver.. The entire staff is excellent. Until the other day, it was just routine visits, twice a year. While traveling i chipped a tooth. When i returned to Denver they fit me in the same day and provided excellent restorative services too.
The admin staff is welcoming and friendly without being intrusive.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

Dr. Denny has been my dentist for several years. I was nervous to go to another dentist after some bad experiences, but I really like him. I have had several crowns done and my wisdom teeth extracted under IV sedation. I was very happy with the procedures and would highly recommend any type of treatment with the doc.
About Front Desk: The new receptionist is the best that I have ever seen in Dr. D's office, she is friendly, knowledgable about insurance, and incredibly helpful. She makes the office even better.

About Hygienist: Cathy is gentle, thorough, and friendly! I like that she explains what she is doing. My teeth feel sooooo clean :)

I read the other reviews and just don't see his office in that same way. Me and my aging mother were referred to Dr Denny about 2 years ago by a friend. My mother is a very cranky lady, but also a very big chicken. She had some bone surgery done on the lower jaw to make a denture fit really good, and several fillings on the top with sedation. Everything leading up to it was great and completely informative. All insurance stuff was explained well, and I don't understand any of that stuff. My mother doesn't like many people, but she loves Dr Denny and his assistant. His assistant has made the world of difference for our dental visits. He knows how to speak / explain things to me and my mother so that we aren't so nervous. My own visits have been nothing but relaxing with my cleanings and a few fillings. We haven't stayed at too many dental offices for very long in the past because of personality and professional reasons, but we have found the perfect office now and have no plans of going anywhere else. Thanks to Dr Denny and his amazing staff. His prices aren't the cheapest we've found, but they aren't a ton higher either. For what we have got from them all, it's more than worth it.

Dr. Denny and his staff are very professional and very skilled at their jobs. They go out of their way to make the patient feel comfortable and PAIN FREE! I was there a few days ago for my molar and I did not feel a thing! Dr. Denny explained everything to me in English which I could understand, not many dentists I have met do that! He is very, very good! He is sincere, genuine, funny, and very pleasant! I definitely recommend him! I certainly will be back!
About Front Desk: She was very organized, kind, professional and lovely to chat with. I kid you not! This dental office is full of wonderful people who are there purely to help people, not to get money! That is very uncommon to come across and this place is definitely it! I will be back!

About Hygienist: I saw the hygienist the next day and it was one of the best cleanings I have ever gotten!!! I mean it! My mouth has never felt so clean!

Dr. Denny was a superstar in helping me with my wisdom teeth removal. I was referred to him after my other dentist had doubts about whether he could get the roots out whole. Dr. Denny clearly explained the procedure in terms that I could understand his staff were very caring and helpful with the post-op. I decided to stay at the practice after that. Thanks Dr. Denny and staff!

This was the WORST dental experience I've ever had. I went with a toothache and he insisted I needed a bridge. When they started the work, without my knowledge or permission they applied for a credit account in my name when I told them I was paying cash upfront for the amount they gave me, which was $1800. A few months later I received an invoice for an additional $1200. I called and was told that if I didn't know how much of my benefit was available and that their initial invoice was wrong, that was my problem. I asked if I could cancel the further work and was told no, as the bridge had been ordered. I told them I was still waiting for a call from them for an appt to get the impression made for the bridge and was told I probably forgot, but the impression was already taken and I would have to pay the invoice. I paid the invoice and a few more weeks passed and I called to find out the status and they'd totally forgotten to set my appointment. When I went in, they wanted to take the impression for my bridge. They LIED and now had my $3000 - afterward they billed me several hundred more.Unknown to my me my son went there shortly after and they tried to rip him off the same way. 1-800-Dentist still refers people to him.

Dr. Denny has treated my family for several years now and I could not be more pleased. He has perfomed all kinds of work on me to include bridges (which dramatically changed my appearance), crowns, extractions, etc., all to my great satisfaction. My wife always arranges our appointments together. She appreciates him so much, she swears that she will never go to another dentist. I feel the same!

I've been going to Dr. Denny for 9 years. I would not consider going to any other dentist. The staff is wonderful.

Be very sure that you as the patient find out what you are able to have done as far as x rays and treaments as the office staff does not do that part. The customer service in the office is definitely not patient friendly. It is all about how much they can get from you and not about trying to help you as a patient.
