Dr Alpert is a stupendous periodontist. Under his care, I have had little difficulties with my implants. The procedure was so painless, that I couldn't believe it was over. He has an excellent staff who are not only knowledgeable, but very caring. I live way west, but would not consider changing dentists, so twice a year I take a forty-five minute drive to Aventura to have my teeth cleaned by Kersten and have Dr Alpert check my teeth.
About Hygienist: Kersten has been cleaning my teeth for many years now. She is very respectful, very gentle, and extremely professional. You won't go wrong with Dr Alpert and his staff.

The implants were successful, but the flipper didn't work well and I had to go toothless for a few months. This was a difficult experience and embarassing.
About Hygienist: Hygienist is excellent, but expensive.

Due to a tooth removed as a child, a gap remained.
Dr Alpert replaced the tooth with an implant.
Through the 3-step procedure requiring minor surgery, he made me feel comfortable and it was virtually pain free.
My implanted tooth is so "PERFECT" sometimes I have to look closely to see which one it is...unlike others I've seen.
I give him and his wonderful staff 5 stars!

The results of Dr. Alpert's were are wonderful. Also his assistants are great. I go back for checkups and cleaning. ( I also have to say even his magazines in his office are intelligent.
