Due to a tooth removed as a child, a gap remained.
Dr Alpert replaced the tooth with an implant.
Through the 3-step procedure requiring minor surgery, he made me feel comfortable and it was virtually pain free.
My implanted tooth is so "PERFECT" sometimes I have to look closely to see which one it is...unlike others I've seen.
