I have been to Dr. Livingston for many years for periodontal procedures and never had any problems, but recently had a procedure done, had alot of problems with pain, and tried to see if Dr. Livingston would look at the area to make sure everything was healing properly, and all I got was a complete runaround sending me to my dentist, who couldn't help me, and a root canal specialist, who said there's no root canal problem. I spent alot of extra money when all he had to do was look at the area, which he wouldn't do, instead had his hygientist look at the area, which I felt he did the surgery, he is the one who should be checking it. I was very disappointed in his overall care this time. I never had experienced any problems with his care prior to this incident, but was not happy in how it was handled, and not sure the problem is resolved, still experiencing problems with the area, and still not sure if it healed properly.

I have not spent much time with Dr. Livingston, but he has been very good when he has treated me. I have no doubt in his expertise as a periodontist. I am squeemish with pain, and they have done great with keeping me comfortable. The front desk staff is wonderful, and the billing people have guided me through many insurance changes.
About Hygienist: I am really impressed with the hygienist that I am seeing with Dr. Livingston's office. She is so gentle, that for the last scaling procedure, I just thought it was a cleaning, and we didn't even use any novicane!

Had four quadrants done at different times and NEVER HAD A PAINFUL MOMENT...what more can I say! Best I've ever had! As far as the cost, I had insurance so I can't really comment but to NOT have pain any price would've been worth it!
About Hygienist: Very courteous and professional...explained things very well and very patient.
