I have been to Dr. Livingston for many years for periodontal procedures and never had any problems, but recently had a procedure done, had alot of problems with pain, and tried to see if Dr. Livingston would look at the area to make sure everything was healing properly, and all I got was a complete runaround sending me to my dentist, who couldn't help me, and a root canal specialist, who said there's no root canal problem. I spent alot of extra money when all he had to do was look at the area, which he wouldn't do, instead had his hygientist look at the area, which I felt he did the surgery, he is the one who should be checking it. I was very disappointed in his overall care this time. I never had experienced any problems with his care prior to this incident, but was not happy in how it was handled, and not sure the problem is resolved, still experiencing problems with the area, and still not sure if it healed properly.
