I waited for more than one hour for my appointment, with no apology from either the staff or the dentist. The service was hurried as if they couldn't wait to see the next patient. I think I was over novocained and couldn't feel my mouth/tongue for a few hours after leaving the office. The doctor's chair-side manner was terrible, talking down to me as if I were uneducated and ignorant. I would not go back to him.

I have known this dentist about three years, and there was nothing wrong in the beginning.
However, I didn't like the way he did my veneers because it doesn't look very good with my standard.
When I consulted my concerns to Dr. Chiu, he only tried to convince me he did a good job and my veneer look fine.
I hope his services will be more professional in the future.

Doctor Chiu is a great dentist who cares for his patients. His dental office is clean and comfortable with a nice decor. The staff is always very friendly, greeting me by name once I entered the office. They use modern equipment and procedures.
I had four teeth extracted at his office with no problems under local anesthesia. I was amazed at how comfortable and quick the whole procedure was. Much less pain than what my friends experienced in oral surgery.
Very professional office with great experience. Highly recommended.
