I haven't seen Dr. Kohler in many years because I moved out of the area but this review is long overdue, he is probably the best doctor I've ever had for any proceedures. I was referred to Dr. Kohler by the dentist I was going to at that time for peridontal disease. I was about to lose one of my front teeth and he took very good care of my teeth and my gums and guess what I still have that tooth and all of my other teeth. He advised me on how to take better care of my teeth and I have never forgotten what he told me. Thank you Dr. Kohler

OMG, I was referred to this periodontist via my own dentist for a crown lengthening. The staff are extremely friendly and so is Dr. Kohler. Not sure how competitive their pricing is as I didn't check around. They're super high tech; my chart is on a tablet computer, etc.
They pay extreme care to every detail. They asked me whether I preferred email or phone appointment reminders. I got an email wishing me a happy birthday. I got a "nice to meet you" card in the mail after my consulation. After my procedure, I got a "gift bag" filled with ice packs. I also got a phone call the same night of my procedure from Dr. Kohler asking how everything was going.
I felt no pain during the procedure. I felt virtually no pain while my mouth was healing. He did an excellent job on my gums.
Most important, the customer service exhibited by Dr. Kohler himself is exceptional. There was a discrepancy between the price I was quoted and the price I had to pay the day of the procedure. His office manager wouldn't help me, but after bringing it to his attention, he made everything right.
I would definitely recommend this periodontist to anyone needing his services. He totally rocks!

I too feel that Dr Kohler is one of THE best healthcare providers I've ever met. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and he totally put me at ease. Both when I had implants done 3+ years ago and recently when I had a crown removed and the fractured tooth under it extracted. He is very thorough, explains everything to my understanding both before and while working on me, to prepare me for what is coming. And I have not had any issues afterwards. I highly recommend him! It is costly, however he was my second opinion and the other person was much more expensive.

I have a huge phobia when it comes to dental work and as a result, put off a gum graft for 8 years. My dentist recommended Dr. Kohler. I have never dealt with a nicer, kinder and more talented doctor. He assuaged all my fears, was very gentle and accomodated all my requests (I wore slippers and brought in a favorite blanket that I was wrapped in during the surgery. He also offered me headphones to listen to music). His staff was wonderful, too. Dr. Kohler even called me at home the night of my surgery to see how I was doing. He is on call all the time, in case you have a question. Also, his office is really nice, and feels more like a hotel than a doctor's office.

Dr. Kohler is probably one of the best health care providers I have dealt with in the past 25 years. He and his staff are professional and cordial; the implant work done so far is excellent. I would highly recommend him for anone considering implants.

Dr. Kohler was my regular dentist for a good 20 years, before he gave up general practice to concentrate on implants/peridontics. He makes you very comfortable and relaxed, just by talking to you while he works. I've had implants, gum/osseus surgery, root canals, etc. by him and have never had a problem. Never even needed a pain pill and went back to work after implants were placed. He is the BEST. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have been seeing Dr. Kohler for about 3 years. I have a history of dental phobia and really needed someone kind and gentle. Dr. Kohler is absolutely wonderful. He explains everything that needs to be done and really puts you at ease. He is extremely gentle and has the patient's comfort in mind. I have had surgery with him twice with excellent outcomes. He is absolutely helping me to save my teeth!
