Dr himself is very good but his administrator Kathy is terrible. I made two visits in Dec 2011, first was consultaion which was supposed to be free and in the second visit he took some impressions of my teeth. Kathy billed me $400 and is refusing to explain to me what is this $400 for. No details of any services are provided. Although I have given her my dental insurance deatils she refuses to submit the bill untill I pay her first and then she will submit bills and get paid by insurance too. She has threatened to submit this to collection. Keep away from Dr Exler's office. You will go broke. I have complained to Detal board of this unprofessional behavior.

I wear full dentures and have never had a problem with them. Last set has been in service for 5 years without even a reline needed. Fits so well that I still can eat apples and ribs without any adhesive paste.

Dr. mark exler is one of the greatest prosthodontists i have ever had. The treatment was extremely pain-free with a complete success. Excellent service with relatively cheap costs. If your looking for a great prosthodontist, Dr Mark Exler DDS is the man for you!

My whole family uses him and hs brother. His sister is the dental hygenist who cleans my teeth. I would recommend them all very highly!

Dr Exler charges more than other dentists for crowns, with poor results in my case. After each crown, I had to have another dentist adjust the bite because he didn't do it correctly and was quite defensive when I brought this to his attention. I would get several good recommendations from others if you go to him. I wouldn't recommend him and I won't go back. He also charges for the procedure up front and that's the reason I finished with him. Otherwise I would have left earlier. Be careful. I don't think he's worth the extra cost.
