Dr himself is very good but his administrator Kathy is terrible. I made two visits in Dec 2011, first was consultaion which was supposed to be free and in the second visit he took some impressions of my teeth. Kathy billed me $400 and is refusing to explain to me what is this $400 for. No details of any services are provided. Although I have given her my dental insurance deatils she refuses to submit the bill untill I pay her first and then she will submit bills and get paid by insurance too. She has threatened to submit this to collection. Keep away from Dr Exler's office. You will go broke. I have complained to Detal board of this unprofessional behavior.
