Love this place! Very Convienient! I've actually hated going to the dentist up until this point. The fear is gone! Now, I will go to no other dentist but this one. So I guess, maybe I still have a little fear. The staff is friendly, and pleasant, and the wait, well it's ok. Anytime you go anywhere to get any service wait times are inevitable. So, now since I haven't had any dental work done to my mouth for many years, since I've found a dentist, maybe I can get things worked on, and won't have to be so terrified!

The dentist did a really sewing job and now my gums are lumpy and blister like,The are so inflamed I can't put my teeth in.By the way one of the bottom teeth has a hole in it like a cavity I guess he wanted the to look natural.lol The dentures have a horrible fit.I can't wear them. Now I have these horrible bruises on my face and 2 teeth like fangs. The only thing saving me is I am on a lot of pain medicine or I am sure the pain would be unbearable.

All the doctors in his office are top of the line. May have a wait but if you have time and want to experience less pain both physically and in the pocketbook, this is the Dentist to see.

I am truly disheartened by the class of service provided by the Holbrook office. My daughter went to have a filling done for a tooth that she had broken in an accident. The dentist re-built the tooth and left my daughter on pain for days and it appeared that her tooth was built by clay-dough. The office was not professional and I had to involve the Office Manager to come between the receptionist and I. Do not go to that office without staying with your children.

Two of my wisdom teeth were pulled out. But nobody gave me a prescription for pain releilve or antibiotics. For five days it was hurting me and I started to think I have a dry socket. They do not have an emergency phone and the person who answeres the phone is usually rude. When I visit next Monday after my horrible weekend to see if anything is wrong, they said it is a little infected and prescribed me antibiotics and mouth rinse. When I went to the cashier she said I had to pay $40 for this visit and "oh by the way you forgot your prescription from last time, why didn't you call us?" How am I supposed to know I had a precription? Why they did not call me? I had second appointement for my cleaning next day and still nobody told me about the prescription. Then my invoice came with two lines being duplicated charging me for the same procedure twice - I pulled the same teeth twice?! I had to fix the problem myself by calling them and my insurance company. And they charge $50 for not coming for an appointment, but they do not call you to remind you about it.
