Two of my wisdom teeth were pulled out. But nobody gave me a prescription for pain releilve or antibiotics. For five days it was hurting me and I started to think I have a dry socket. They do not have an emergency phone and the person who answeres the phone is usually rude. When I visit next Monday after my horrible weekend to see if anything is wrong, they said it is a little infected and prescribed me antibiotics and mouth rinse. When I went to the cashier she said I had to pay $40 for this visit and "oh by the way you forgot your prescription from last time, why didn't you call us?" How am I supposed to know I had a precription? Why they did not call me? I had second appointement for my cleaning next day and still nobody told me about the prescription. Then my invoice came with two lines being duplicated charging me for the same procedure twice - I pulled the same teeth twice?! I had to fix the problem myself by calling them and my insurance company. And they charge $50 for not coming for an appointment, but they do not call you to remind you about it.
