The worst. The absolute worst. Do not, under any circumstances, go to this office for anything at all. They are the rudest, nastiest people I have ever met. Stay. Away.

I went to Dr. Wagner to have a 2 part procedure. Temporary dentures after all of my teeth were removed and then final dentures once the implant posts were healed. We never got to the Implant posts! The temporary dentures placed in my mouth were huge! He also failed to cut out the "center" of the plate and only made a small jagged cut to make room for the small tab under my tongue. This caused massive sores in mouth, I was unable to eat, talk, or even breathe properly! To make things worse, I was called out of town for 10 days. In terrible pain, I sought relief from local dentist who was horrified at the condition of my mouth! He treated me with antibiotics and took photos for future be used for legal purposes. When I went to Dr. wagner to show him these sores, I was horrified when he dug his thumb nail into one of the deepest and most painful sores, and when I jumped and called out, he actually slapped my arm and yelled at me!
I later found out from another dentist that I was correct, everything about these dentures was wrong! The fit, the size of the teeth, and the worst part, not removing the center section which was simply malicious neglagence!
My advice? Stay away from this man!
About Front Desk: Full payment is required BEFORE any treatment is started! People with perfect credit are offered payment plans. Beware! I have done extensive research! Dentures and Dental Impants are almost twice as expensive in New Mexico than in many other states!!!! In the Washington DC Metro area, the average price for a full set of dentures secured with 4 implants is $4600 no where close to the $8000 - $12000 quoted by most NM dentists!

I would reccommend Dr. Wagner to everyone!
He has been honest and straight forward with me and my situation , as well as patient and thourough in the procedures I've had done. He is generous and kind with an enjoyable sense of humor that has made my visits so much easier .
My going to his facility for treatment has been, by far, the best dental experience I've ever had.

Dr. Wagner only wanted to do my partials HIS way, not the way that would work best for me and my teeth, my eating, and my health. He told me over and over that they would do everything to make sure I was happy with my upper and lower partials. Turns out the lab did a less than acceptable job, and Dr. Wagner felt I was being too picky. Then he said I'd need to find someone else. So now I'm back to my old partial and many missing teeth. He was not truthful with me, nor was his office, about "Doing everything they could to make sure I was happy with my new teeth." Snippy attitude from entire office staff prevailed once I had just ONE problem with the newly made partials. He said he was going to send my insurance payment back and that I just needed to find a dentist that could "work with me." I had a witness with me the last few times just to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable. If you want flexibility and teeth that fit AND work, please don't go to this prosthodontist.
