Dr. Wagner only wanted to do my partials HIS way, not the way that would work best for me and my teeth, my eating, and my health. He told me over and over that they would do everything to make sure I was happy with my upper and lower partials. Turns out the lab did a less than acceptable job, and Dr. Wagner felt I was being too picky. Then he said I'd need to find someone else. So now I'm back to my old partial and many missing teeth. He was not truthful with me, nor was his office, about "Doing everything they could to make sure I was happy with my new teeth." Snippy attitude from entire office staff prevailed once I had just ONE problem with the newly made partials. He said he was going to send my insurance payment back and that I just needed to find a dentist that could "work with me." I had a witness with me the last few times just to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable. If you want flexibility and teeth that fit AND work, please don't go to this prosthodontist.
