I have been seeing Dr Doundoulakis for many years and appreciate the time he takes to explain my treatment. His staff makes me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I am receiving. I will continue to be treated by him as well as recommend him to my family and friends.
GREAT DR AND STAFF!!
About Hygienist: The hygienist is great as well she always calls me to remind of my cleanings and is always accommodating.

Today I had my dental appointment with Dr. Doundoulakis and it was a great experience, him and his staff made me feel comfortable and relax. Dr. Doundoulakis answered all my questions. I'm going back for my next appointment. I'm referring my family and friends. Great dentist.

All reviews I have read about this dentist turned out to be not true. The staff in his office is nasty and unprofessional. They will lie to you to bring you to the office. Doctor will charge you a lot and do numerous x ray and after that he may tell you that he is not accepting new patients. Question if he is not accepting new patients than why making the appointments for new patients and charging so much for one visit. Easy money I guess.
Don't recommend this doctor . I would be very careful if you go there. His office is not that modern at all . Maybe he was on the show TV once for a few minutes but doesn't matter that he is good and for sure you can't trust him or people working in his office.

Dr. Doundoulakis does not deserve the Dr. in front of his name. In my opinion the Poor rating is too high of a rating for this horrible dentist. At first I was very impressed by his accolades and cameo on the View. However Dr, D was nothing but intense, cold and money hungry. He constantly talked to me and my mother in a demeaning manner and even called both us "stupid" at one point. When I was having my crown removed he would discuss possible dental solutions and asked which one I would like to proceed with as if I knew the right one was appropriate. After speding $1,000's listening to Dr. D's opinions to get my front tooth replaced I am now back at step one. My tooth looks worse NOW than it did 10 years (when I chipped it). When I called to tell him it did not look good and needed to be changed, Dr. D treated me like an animal and screamed at me accusing me it was my FAULT it turned out the way it did. Dr. D is now trying to get me to pay more money on top of what I have paid to get the crown fixed which is completely absurd. His facilities are horrible, does not take care of his patients and his ego is too BIG. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. There are so many better dentists out there PLEASE go somewhere else

Restorative, rehabilitative cosmetic dentistry - bridge, laminates, straightening teeth.
A severe injury to our daughter's mouth and teeth, first led us to Dr. James Doundoulakis for cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. The results he achieved in a complicated replacement/restoration procedure to all of her front teeth was nothing short of outstanding.
Recently, I approached Dr Doundoulakis concerning cosmetic and restorative work that I had long overlooked, and had also become severely discolored. The work included bridge replacement, top/bottom laminates, and straightening. Temporaries were conveniently provided which looked and felt like the real product throughout the procedure. I experienced no pain, discomfort, or inconvenience, and only wonder why I didn't do the work sooner. I feel like a new person and regularly receive comments about how perfect my teeth are. In fact, a young person recently asked if I were a dentist - and went on to say how beautiful my teeth were! I unequivocally recommend Dr Doundoulakis, regardless of how minor or major you might envision the work. He is highly talented, creative, patient, and a perfectionist. I can't imagine anyone better.

My mouth was a mess. Never trusted a dentist or doctor. Dr Doundulakis office changed that. Highly recommended by someone at the firm. Confident manner and diplomas on all the walls. Too young to have all that. But spend time with him and you see the difference. My smile is great but, more important, teeth and gums never felt better. Easier to clean as well. My taste of foods has come back. His assistant and hygiene were correct - his IS the man.
