Dr. Doundoulakis does not deserve the Dr. in front of his name. In my opinion the Poor rating is too high of a rating for this horrible dentist. At first I was very impressed by his accolades and cameo on the View. However Dr, D was nothing but intense, cold and money hungry. He constantly talked to me and my mother in a demeaning manner and even called both us "stupid" at one point. When I was having my crown removed he would discuss possible dental solutions and asked which one I would like to proceed with as if I knew the right one was appropriate. After speding $1,000's listening to Dr. D's opinions to get my front tooth replaced I am now back at step one. My tooth looks worse NOW than it did 10 years (when I chipped it). When I called to tell him it did not look good and needed to be changed, Dr. D treated me like an animal and screamed at me accusing me it was my FAULT it turned out the way it did. Dr. D is now trying to get me to pay more money on top of what I have paid to get the crown fixed which is completely absurd. His facilities are horrible, does not take care of his patients and his ego is too BIG. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. There are so many better dentists out there PLEASE go somewhere else
