Dr. Silverman repo'd my braces several years back & I think it's important that people who for whatever reasons may come upon unforseen financial hardships such as job loss need to realize that if you or your children have braces, in my case, my mom fell 2 months behind on payments, but had he given her another day, she would have been able to get him one of the two & with in a week would have had the other. No I'm not kidding. He took them out of my mouth & not only was I in total disbelief but, I was completely humiliated & it destroyed my self esteem. He has no idea, nor did he care, or have any sympathy, empathy or understanding as to how psychologically damaging this was for me & any other child who has to go thru it. It's ashame that greed & money are what mean more to this man.

I am so happy I choose Dr. Silverman a my orthodontist. My braces were placed using the most up to date computer technology and high tech brackets. I have friends who have gone elsewhere and had to wait 2 hours for their braces to be placed mine were done in 40 minutes. My teeth have changed so much and I am so happy!!!!!! The staff is awesome and always make you feel welcome like you are part of their family.

Dr. Silverman does only a brief exam and does not explain treatment in time frame. At each visit he only checked on the tech performing the changes to the braces in less then 2 minutes. I have since switched to another provider.

This guy is too busy to have any personal interaction with his patients. He maybe cheap but price isn't everything. When he does talk to you he's impatient and condesending, as if we're to know about being a dentist. His staff is so busy they barely have time to visit with you if at all. Last but not least I overheard Silverman explain to a patients mother who was unhappy with her daughters finished teeth, that the teeth were perfect in his opinion, Mama sure wasn't happy, I thought the customer was always right ? All in all Silverman is pompous and impatient. On one of his employee motivational posters it says Character:: Takes one moment to make it and a lifetime to see the results, boy he sure used that moment with me...no thanks...

The girls in the office are great. Needs to make sure that when 1 is absent, the slack is taken up by all of the girls
