This guy is too busy to have any personal interaction with his patients. He maybe cheap but price isn't everything. When he does talk to you he's impatient and condesending, as if we're to know about being a dentist. His staff is so busy they barely have time to visit with you if at all. Last but not least I overheard Silverman explain to a patients mother who was unhappy with her daughters finished teeth, that the teeth were perfect in his opinion, Mama sure wasn't happy, I thought the customer was always right ? All in all Silverman is pompous and impatient. On one of his employee motivational posters it says Character:: Takes one moment to make it and a lifetime to see the results, boy he sure used that moment with me...no thanks...
