Read Reviews for Dr. Daniel Alniti
I would not recommend. One of the only State employee options years ago. The wait time to see the hygienist was often 2-3 hours. I asked other patients and they confirmed the same.
I'd never had a cavity/filling in my life. This doctor said I needed four. I should have gone elsewhere. I let him do the work.
After changing insurance and dentists I found out that his work was shoddy and needed to be redone.
Stay away.

In April 2012 my father had to extract 1 front tooth. Here are the details from the recommended treatment plan provided by D. Alniti:
Biohazardous Disposal Fee $45 Suture of Wound->=5cm $130 Alveoloplasty In Conjuncti $65 Surgical Removal of Erupte $0 Total $240
Second: Full mouth debridement $0 Other Drugs/medicaments $125
Total $125
His insurance paid for the extraction, but did not cover any additional charges. The same with debridement (deep cleaning): the procedure is covered by insurance, but the second charge is not.On the day of the procedure my mother asked why my father needs “Suture of wound >5cm” for $130 . D. Alniti started yelling at her, tore apart the estimate, screamed at my parents to go back to Russia and ask how much it costs there. After that he yelled “Get out of my office or I will the police.” My 70+ year old parents emigrated from Belarus almost 20 years ago, are US Citizens, and have never had a similar experience in this country. My parents left the office and went to another dentist next door who did the extraction without any wait time for $147 cash, without any insurance coverage. I refuse to use the title ‘Dr.’ in my review because someone like him should not even be considered a doctor.

He filled some cavities, root planting and cosmetic bonding.
He is expensive and his is not good at cosmetic bonding. Two teeth restoration took 3 office visits and it still is not right.

Two temporary crowns made in 2006. Was there for 5+ hours. Equipment repeatedly broke down. Student doctor got some piece out of his car to try to fix it. They left me in the chair with the mold in my mouth for much too long. It slipped. I tried to tell them. They didn't care. They were rotating work on many patients all at the same time. Worst dental visit of my entire life! When one temporary crown broke, they offered no help for one week. Called other dentists in same insurance group and no one could help me for 9 months. Finally found fabulous dentist (Jason D. Lewis) close to home who made another temporary crown for me that very day! Had to return to Dr. Alniti's office to get permanent crowns since they were already ordered and mostly paid for. Tried to get reimbursed for emergency visit to another dentist and only got a very small amount back. The permanent caps did not fit properly. I complained but their fix was not good enough. I had to learn to chew all over again. It was like I had someone else's teeth! They left cement on my gums and in between my teeth. I feel like we wasted our money at AA Prime Care with Dr. Alniti. My nightmare cost over $2000 and will likely need redone soon.

Pros: The facilities are very nice. His support staff are courtious and professional. Dr. "V" in the office is very competent and light handed with the needle.
Cons: They are constantly overbooked or understaffed. If you visit a few times, you will notice that every time you go that at least one patient in the lobby is upset for having lost thier time at work, and having to reschedule.

Well, the other day I left a good review for Dr. Alniti and well it looks like I have to eat my words. I went in today to have my wisdom tooth pulled and had to walk out without any type of pain medicine for when the novicaine wore off. He stated that it went so well that I shouldn't have any pain. Well it wasn't 15 minutes after I left that my mouth had started hurting. I called but they kept saying he wouldn't be able to call me until lunch. So I drove back and sat in the office. He called me in and I jokingly said "oooh , you lied to me doc" haha and he immediately turned into the cold guy I read about in the other reviews. He said let me show you this trend and showed all the dates I have received pain medication. Well, I didnt see what the big deal was because the first was for when he pulled my molar, the second was for dry socket and the other two were because my wisdom tooth needed to be removed but I couldnt afford it. So apparently he was treating me as I was some kind of junkie.
I guess I see what the other reviewers were talking about and I guess I should find a new dentist. Unless they all treat people like this?

I love going to Dr. Alniti. It's rare to find a place that not only do you not wait very long but he's really nice. I don't want to jinx myself for my upcoming procedure but I usually don't have any problems afterwards! I love the office staff, I have trouble finding a babysitter and have had to bring my 2 year old with me. on quite a few occasions. They come in and offer to keep her entertained up front while I'm having my procedure.
