Two temporary crowns made in 2006. Was there for 5+ hours. Equipment repeatedly broke down. Student doctor got some piece out of his car to try to fix it. They left me in the chair with the mold in my mouth for much too long. It slipped. I tried to tell them. They didn't care. They were rotating work on many patients all at the same time. Worst dental visit of my entire life! When one temporary crown broke, they offered no help for one week. Called other dentists in same insurance group and no one could help me for 9 months. Finally found fabulous dentist (Jason D. Lewis) close to home who made another temporary crown for me that very day! Had to return to Dr. Alniti's office to get permanent crowns since they were already ordered and mostly paid for. Tried to get reimbursed for emergency visit to another dentist and only got a very small amount back. The permanent caps did not fit properly. I complained but their fix was not good enough. I had to learn to chew all over again. It was like I had someone else's teeth! They left cement on my gums and in between my teeth. I feel like we wasted our money at AA Prime Care with Dr. Alniti. My nightmare cost over $2000 and will likely need redone soon.
