great dentist, especially for "reluctant patients". great staff, good ability to get appointments, highly recommend. The first time Ihave ever felt comfortable in the dentist office!

I love Dr. Nebenzhal. He is the most wonderful and gentle dentist I've ever had (and he's pretty funny too). Through his patience and persistance he was able to do miracles with my teeth! I recommend him to all patients that have dentist phobias.

Jeff is a great dentish who is not afraid to emphasize the importance of proper oral hygiene when you are not doing all you can to maintain it. He, and his staff, are very personable in that respect!
Their billing, however, is atrocious! In my expereince, I have learned to expect the first bill for services over 90 days after the visit date, and note the interest charges for account charges over 90 days! Calling up does often rectify the situation by eliminating the interest charges, but proper records maintenance would avoid the extra step on my behalf. Note that my most recent visit 45 days ago has yet to produce a bill, and yet the clock keeps ticking for payments due!
Furthermore, the bill is impossible to understand, with credits and charges listed for procedures done years prior. So, I am never truly sure what I owe until I ask for a complete itemization of incurred charges! I am not sure if my experience is isolated or not, but it has prompted me on more than one occasion to look for other dentists with better billing departments.
SUMMARY: It'll be hard to beat his excellent attention, but you'll probably need to expect heartburn when the payments are due!

Dr. Nebenzahl is great! I am normally deathly afraid of dentists, but he made me feel very comfortable throughout the years. Dr. Nebenzahl has now been my dentist for 3 years. He is a wonderful, funny, kind, and gentle person as well as a great dentist. I would recommend him to all dentist phobics :-)

Dr Jeffrey Nebenzahl has been my dentist for the past two years. I have only the highest praise for him. Jeff is kind, patient, reassuring and puts you at ease. His procedures (such as crowns and fillings) are painless and time efficient. His staff are always so helpful and courteous as well. Jeff is obviously technically highly proficient as well. He has worked on my teeth in a number of different ways and the result has always been excellent - no complaints. In addition, whenever I've had an emergency he always is on call and will get back to me promptly, even if it's on the weekend! If you choose Dr Nebenzahl to be your dentist you will be very satisfied with him and his service.

Doctor Jeffrey Nebenzahl is THE BEST OF THE BEST!
And this is saying a lot given that I have issues around nerve damage in my mouth that make getting me numb difficult, a very low pain threshold, and an admitted dread of any unfamiliar dentist. I, like many people in their 50's, had horrific dental experiences as a child.
I needed a root canal re-done with a new crown, and miraculously received a referral to Jeff. He talked at length with me about my dental history and encouraged me to share any concerns. Instead of making me feel the usual shame, he reassured me about my fears and explained important information I'd never known about my dental care.
Jeff's a real perfectionist - he had no problem getting me numb, had the technician making my crown come in for an exact color match, and designed the crown so perfectly NO adjustments were needed when it was set.
Jeff's staff are top-notch. I was leaving for African in a few weeks so everything had to be expedited. Karen, at the front desk ,took care of everything. And Angle, Jeff's dental assistant, is excellent.
There was a flat fee and I know Jeff took extra steps and time with me to make sure I was happy. What great luck to have found such an amazing dentist!
