Jeff is a great dentish who is not afraid to emphasize the importance of proper oral hygiene when you are not doing all you can to maintain it. He, and his staff, are very personable in that respect!
Their billing, however, is atrocious! In my expereince, I have learned to expect the first bill for services over 90 days after the visit date, and note the interest charges for account charges over 90 days! Calling up does often rectify the situation by eliminating the interest charges, but proper records maintenance would avoid the extra step on my behalf. Note that my most recent visit 45 days ago has yet to produce a bill, and yet the clock keeps ticking for payments due!
Furthermore, the bill is impossible to understand, with credits and charges listed for procedures done years prior. So, I am never truly sure what I owe until I ask for a complete itemization of incurred charges! I am not sure if my experience is isolated or not, but it has prompted me on more than one occasion to look for other dentists with better billing departments.
SUMMARY: It'll be hard to beat his excellent attention, but you'll probably need to expect heartburn when the payments are due!
