Read Reviews for Dr. Sharad Pandhi
this dentist has a huge building and you will pay for it. he will insist upon X-rays multiple times a year. he will insist you need treatments that other dentists don't think you need, and he will charge you $25 for your records if you leave. agree with other reviewers about the nasty wife.
About Front Desk: as other reviewers have said his wife is really unpleasant

Dr. PAhndi and his staff are wonderful. I was nervous going in for a crown because of the experience I had with my previous dentist. But Dr. PAhndi was very compassionate and concerned with my care. His staff is very friendly. I was extremely impressed with the level of care I received while I was there. I also like how high tech his practice is. He is the most advanced dentist I have ever been too. I highly recommend Dr. Pandhi. You won't be disappointed.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Dr Pandhi was excellent, his wife/office manager, Mary was not. She is emotional, irrational and unprofessional. I prepaid for work done by Dr. Then got a bill as my insurance did not cover all they were expected (I knew this was a possibilitiy). One week later I got a check in the mail from the office. I called to verify what it was for and they confirmed an overpayment giving me permission to negotiate the check. One week later I got a bill in the maild stating that the overpayment was a clerical error. I now had 20 days to pay back the check they issued to me in error in addition to my bill. I understand mistakes happen but I am a starving student so I asked for a discount or a payment plan which they dont usually do, but given the circumstances I was hoping they'd work with me. When I asked Mary, she raised her voice and stated she would not give me any discount or payment plan because 3yrs earlier it took me 10 months to pay off a $100 bal. It seems unreasonable to me especially since my more recent history with the office included me PREPAYING for my dental work... Regardless of my payment history, it is unprofessional for her to yell at me....
