excellent dentist great staff and office, I will go back. I did Invisalign and it worked out perfectly

Dr. Zanelli has the worst staff of dentists working with her. The young female dentists are more interested in text messages and updating their Facebook status than checking the work they are doing in your mouth. I had a crown put in and only 4 months later the crown has failed and needs to be replaced and they won't stand by their work. Also, the prices are twice the going rate.

I have to say, I love Dr. Zanelli and her staff except for the woman who does the billing. She is nasty and never knows what she is billing you for. She just gives you the balance and when you ask what it is for, she always says "I think it's for the ....". Can never get an accurate answer from her. I am not one to complain but I dread going to the office when she is there. The office is clean and neat. The receptionist is friendly.
About Hygienist: All hygienists who have cleaned my teeth have been professional and thorough. Very friendly and kind.

I am very pleased with the care I received. I came to the office with problems related to care from another dentist. It was expained to me why I was having so much problems and the corrective actions that were taking place to improve my condition.
