I have to say, I love Dr. Zanelli and her staff except for the woman who does the billing. She is nasty and never knows what she is billing you for. She just gives you the balance and when you ask what it is for, she always says "I think it's for the ....". Can never get an accurate answer from her. I am not one to complain but I dread going to the office when she is there. The office is clean and neat. The receptionist is friendly.
About Hygienist: All hygienists who have cleaned my teeth have been professional and thorough. Very friendly and kind.
