Read Reviews for Dr. Stella Nnadi
Dr. Nnadi has been my dentist for over 7 years. She is the dentist that eliminated the apprehension I used to have while visiting the dentist. She is very gentle, thorough and you can tell she genuinely cares for you as a person. The atmosphere in the office is very tranquil and peaceful. You walk in and you can immediately feel the soothing nature of the office.
About Front Desk: Dr. Nnadi has the best Front Desk staff. It doesn't matter who you get on the phone. It could be Wendy or Gia, you know you'll be taken care of on the phone, or in person. They are very friendly and professional.

This Dr and her office only interested in a very expensive cleaning treatment, almost 99% of patients were recommend for such expensive cleaning treatment regardless.
Her staff will get you for $500 average expensive cleaning treatment that you can buy an excellent waterJet/ water flosser yourself for less than $50!
The hygienists will try to sell you such expensive treatment very hard; I believed they might get a % of commission of sale.
Their gimmick is you got a gum disease... but they never bother refer you to a gum specialist.
This Dr was based on the gum measurement over 3 to determined you have a gum decease, but she doesn't care if your gum has no bleeding and healthy color. Also, the gum recessed can be done by incorrect brushing your teeth (too much force) over the years. AND those are not gum disease but they don't care, they only want your $500 for expensive cleaning treatment without refer you to a gum specialist!
When I declined such expensive cleaning treatment and aasked for a regular cleaning, they refused to treat me at all.

Dr. Nnadi is really nice but when I was going to her office for regular treatments for my periodontitis in 2005 some of the staff weren't that friendly. At that time she had a relatively new practice and they had some issues with turnover and communication. Also their treatment of my periodontitis, which in my case is pretty severe annoyed me. I was certainly ignorant of the process and assumed that I needed a referral for treatment however they went ahead and treated me despite it being their specialty and pushed an expensive product (Rota-dent electric toothbrush) for me to buy. Despite the fact that I already had an electric toothbrush. When I went to a periodontist as a teenager (yeah the disease dates back to then) that was never the case and when I went to an actual periodontist in 2006 they did not require me to buy an elctric tootbrush at all. Just floss and gave me a rubber pick.

Dr. Nnadi is a very good dentist with a kind staff. The costs seem fair and the facilities are very nice. Each room has high-tech equipment and looks very professional. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. They do not make you wait long and will always try to work with your schedule when making appts. I received treatment for replacing old fillings. The work was a success and I don't have a complaint.

They are fairly ok. Staff can be pleasant at times but seem impatient when you ask questions.
