Dr. Nnadi is really nice but when I was going to her office for regular treatments for my periodontitis in 2005 some of the staff weren't that friendly. At that time she had a relatively new practice and they had some issues with turnover and communication. Also their treatment of my periodontitis, which in my case is pretty severe annoyed me. I was certainly ignorant of the process and assumed that I needed a referral for treatment however they went ahead and treated me despite it being their specialty and pushed an expensive product (Rota-dent electric toothbrush) for me to buy. Despite the fact that I already had an electric toothbrush. When I went to a periodontist as a teenager (yeah the disease dates back to then) that was never the case and when I went to an actual periodontist in 2006 they did not require me to buy an elctric tootbrush at all. Just floss and gave me a rubber pick.
