Avoid at all costs! This individual does not deserve a license !! He is costing me thousands of $'s in crowns . He is not qualified for detailed work or any work for that matter after what he did to me ! I've been spending a lot of time speaking w/ real Dentists & I show them before & after photo's of my crowns prior to Robert Ray's destruction & all they can say is I'm so sorry. I know how teeth are supposed to compliment a persons features & I know that teeth are of great importance to human beings but Robert Ray lacks those 2 simple concepts. I don't believe he understands the nature of Dentistry. How could he? His errors were so traumatic that i went into denial. That's when I heard him say " I could not see from where I sitting!!!! C'mon !!!! are you freakin kidding me Dr? I showed him his not so handy skills & it made him smell law suit . But that's not what i'm concerned about . I'm concerned for the next patient that strolls in for a simple cleaning and gets hacked by the Butcher!!! I have 4 consultations this week & Robert ray should be paying for my new teeth. He approached 1 tooth & destroyed it so badly that he ended up mulling a grand total of 3 crowns !!! Thanks Dr Robert Ray??? Dr.? I need a 2nd opinion!!!!!!!!!!!

About Front Desk: They Tried to tell me i am confused about dental offices !!! Are you freakin kidding me!!! how frustrating..... They do not care about patients or reputation because they have lawyers .. Ok Doc. your word against mine just like you said right? just like you said " I cant see from where I was sitting." who the heck says that!!! Robert Ray does after mulling your teeth

About Hygienist: not good due to the fact that she never spoke up when Robert Ray said "I could not see from where I was sitting" nor did she speak up when i came in to confront Robert Ray. They apparently can sleep fine at night even though Robert & staff earn a living w/ no pride in they're work... You get my point .. Imagine having to spend thousands on 2 front crowns but he hit 3 crowns w/ grinder but i'll leave the lateral as a reminder of what he did and perhaps i can cost him thousands of dollars some way somehow!!!! Regret!!!!!!!!!!

My experience left me with pure regret' I say that to help the next person from being unhappy and having to drop a few thousand $'s to complete your smile. After all ' our smiles are our face ' it gives good character or not so good ' i'm very disappointed while looking at my original teeth w/ortho and I quote " wow ! Did u ask for this ? I reply to my ortho ' yes sir' ortho says " I'm sorry ' thanks but that don't help ' now I have uneven front crowns ' damn near grounded me teeth to the gums as well' whoa!!!!!! Buddy !!! Thanks man .....don't do work dr. Unless your 100% sure of it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Ray's practice and scheduling are extremely efficient. If you show up on time for your appointment don't expect to have time to read a magazine while you wait because he is never behind schedule. His customer service is A #1 he made follow up call to check on my well being after a painful procedure and he helped minimize costs one my families orthodontic work. Not only is he cheaper than an orthodontist but he had the wife and kids in and out of braces in only one year because he schedules you once a week for maintenance. Not once a month like most orthodontic specialists. His one drawback is that he likes to sing and quite frankly he is not very gifted in that area.

About Hygienist: He seems to have cycled through many hygienists since I have been a patient but they have all been very good.

I took my son there for multiple cavities and a chipped tooth. Dr. Ray was very busy, but still took the time to answer all questions and make sure that we were happy with the results of treatment. The assistants were kind and really cared about the patients. The told us all costs up front - what insurance would cover and what our costs would be. They were very accommodating with setting up appointments in our available time. The prices are a little high, but worth the extra care.

the singing dentist; so relaxed, cares about you. Staff and hygenists are hit or miss. When they are a hit, they are a big hit, when they are a miss - it's an utter disappointment.

Some people say they find Dr. Ray's office weird because there aren't exam rooms with doors , everything is sort of out in the open, but I don't mind that. I actually feel more comfortable that way. I had a cavity and opted for an extraction instead of a root canal, that was just my preference. Everything was fine, not as painful as I expected. Also the hygenist was extremely nice. I also had a couple fillings put in by Dr. Ray a few years ago and everything is still fine with those too.
