Great dentist! Kind and compassionate. Good conversation and a gentle touch. Always positive. Will work with you on the financial side of things. I have followed from three different offices.

I had six veneers done and there was a three week annoying period of temporaries and some gum irritation, but my goodness was it worth it!! My smile is awesome and has been ever since. It's been five years.

Dr. did a root canal that had to be redone by another dentist on an emergency bases. The Dr. agreed to a refund but it never happened. Her office staff/billing over charged on previous work done. Tried to get that refund and it never happened. Made many phone calls and Dr. only returned two. Sent email, fax no response. She made so many promises for refunds, such as a check or credit but again it never happened. Also was not comfortable office staff working on my teeth.

Dr. Tawfik has maintained my ancient bridges in good condition without insisting I replace them with implants, as some other dentists have. By combining her beautiful tree lined spa style offices with state of the art equipment and up to the minute techniques and training (not to mention a lovely smile and gentle touch) Dr. Tawfik has managed to turn visiting the dentist from a dreaded chore to a pleasant interlude.

The facility is nice and new, but the service is not good.
I had been left in the dental chair waiting for a really long time while there were not even any patients there! I asked the technician what was taking so long and she said the dentist was on the phone.
The thing that made me most uncomfortable was when the dental hygienist did some work that is supposed to be done by the dentist. I thought she was just prepping my tooth, but before I knew it she was doing the dental work herself and I couldn't say anything about it because my mouth was pried open. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service here.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is very nice and sweet, but always tries to sell me stuff.

I entered this new beautiful office and was treated to cookies and my choice of tea by assistant Sara- born in Albania and her husband is a professor. She used the xray machine that holds your head and circles it to produce full mouth xray. Also 4 pen-xrays were performed.
Dr. Tawfic is a young beautiful Egyption woman with many credentials mounted on the wall, She cleaned my teeth with the latest equipment with no pain - she did not slip and cut my gums like so many dentists do.
Then Sara polished my teeth.
$25 copay under Delta Dental insurance.
They laughed at my jokes and did not hurry you.
A pleasing experience.
The building is new and equipment is hi-tech.

I felt like this dentist assistant was trying to push products on us during our visit. They have opened a new office and while it is beautiful, I worry that they are cutting care to cover costs.
