Dr. Phan is a great dentist and it's true that she is extremely gentle and competent. Her staff, however, is terrible. They don't answer the phone during regular business hours (and don't return voicemails) and refuse to lift a finger to help with insurance issues. I have spent far too much anxiety and time as a result of this poor service, which is a shame given what a good dentist she is.

Dr Phan is the best dentist EVER!! her new offices are sooo nice too! I have been her patient for years and she takes such good care of me and is very gentle and talented. I have referred her to other members of my family & friend who feel the same. Go to her!!

Dr Phan is very professional. She's also very nice and caring, she really puts me at ease when I go in, I highly recommend her!!!! Also the office is clean and the staff is super friendly!

Dr. Phan is fantastic. She is honest, kind, patient and good at explaining what she's doing as she does it, and very receptive to your questions. I have had bad dentists and good dentists and Dr. Phan is excellent! I just hope i keep having dental insurance to see her every 6 months!!!

Very thorough dentist. She is extremely honest with her recommendations and puts you at ease that the work she is doing is careful and needed.

Dr. Phan is an excellent, meticulous dentist. Very efficient and on time. She did not recommend any unnecessary procedures. Her office dealt with the insurance company stuff.

I was unablel to find a dentist that I trusted in New York City for 4 years until a coworker referred me to Dr. Phan. She is incredibly gentle and honest. Definitely go to her!

Dr. Phan is very gentle - I don't like going to the dentist but she puts you at ease. She is also very honest in her recommendations - for example, for a pain in my tooth she suggested a root canal would help, but did not push me and instead offered an alternative to controlling the sensitivity. Facilities are also extremely well kept and the rest of the staff is friendly.
