Be very careful. Kathy Hurt, Dr. Craft's "coordinator", is sneaky and aggressive. Be sure to read the fine print. My daughter submitted to orthodontic treatment and ended up needing to have healthy teeth filed after treatment because her bit wasn't right. Dr. Craft and Kathy got defensive and annoyed when we complained that we were not advised that this was a risk. Kathy said that we should have read our agreement, which the office refused to photocopy for us. SHOP AROUND AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE COMMITTING TO AN ORTHODONTIST. This office was very nice until we signed and made our first payment.
About Front Desk: Marti seems nice and accommodating but back-office people are under the spell of the doctor and of Kathy, who really runs the show.

Dr. Craft has been my orthodontist for 16 years. I moved out of state for a time and then came back. I have had several orthodontists and several sets of braces and jaw surgery. So I know a good orthodontist and he is it. Kind, patient, listens, a great professional and gentleman. Works in partnership with the top maxillofacial surgeons. A master of his trade. His staff has been with him for years.

Dr. Craft and his staff are excellent. 2 of my children have gone through treatment. Staff is always friendly, fun, and especially competent. We would do it all again through this office!

I started my braces when I was in Hawaii, and had to find new orthodontist in Houston due to moving. After I was intorduced to Dr. Craft from my friend, I even regrated about going to the first orthodontist in Hawaii. Unlike one in Honolulu one, he cares about patients teeth in long run. That is most important thing for me. The Hawaii one was friendly, but after all, I feel like it was a fake smile to make more money....
I should probably rate the Hawaii orthodontist now too...
