I had a cleaning done. My insurance covered it. I had to wait 2 months for a new patient appointment. Receptionist who took the appt. was rude and made me feel like I was part of an assembly line. This feeling carried over when checking in and out of my appt. I needed a referral to have a wisdom tooth pulled out and I was given a form that was already filled out. I wasn't asked if I had a preference of where the referral is located. The dentist didn't take the time to get to know me. She didn't ask questions or seem interested in my prior dental issues. The cleaning was ok, but I would not feel comfortable having major work done there. The office was not comfortable or inviting. I won't go back. When checking out the receptionist was on the phone the entire time.

Dr. Wiczer is always in a rush. I had crown Feburary this year. I felt very uncomfortable after the crown put in. I'd gone back to the dental office twice for adjustment still feeling uncomfortable. I am 4 months pregnant now and I got gum infection around the crown. There is no way I will go back there.

I had a regular check-up, regular cleaning, and then deep cleaning at Dr. Wiczer's office. Overall, I found her staff to be very professional, respectful of appt times, and competent. My only complaint is that her hygienist gave me bad information regarding receding gums. The hygienist told me that my gums had receded so much that I had irreparably "lost bone" and would need to see a periodontal surgeon. Fortunately, the dentist later said that my gums were only mildly receded, though I needed a night guard to prevent future problems. But neither informed me that the problem might be caused by other conditions like overrbrushing (and even deep cleaning at a dentists office) than grinding at night. Nor did they inform me that there were less expensive ways to get a quality nightguard (as online) than the $600 they wanted to charge at the office. Finally, after my deep cleaning (a $597 and painful and bloody procedure) the dentist did not check to make sure that the hygienist had done a proper job.
I liked Dr. Wiczer very much, but believe that she needs to supervise her assistants a little more to make sure that they share accurate information and are considerate of a patients limited financial resources.

Both crowns had to be re-done by another dentist, so not too happy.

Wonderful dentist! Kind dental care in a pleasant setting. Parking is available, but you might have to park in the garage next to the office.

Overcharged for "special" cleaning, which was not well done.
Made up fear and anxiety than analysing the problem and looking for the best solution ("She will loose her teeths during the pregnancy, if we are not doing anything."
