braces came off and now her bite is totally off with temporarl mandibular problems because of jaw expander. now he wants to do jaw surgery to fix problem he created. now paying out of pocket to take to a different dr to fix. avoid this practice at all cost!!!

I came here for some bite issues and minor crowding. I inquired about invisalign because I didn't want the traditional braces as a college student and he said that it could be used to treat my case. When I was done, my bite was in my opinon even worse((harder to chew, etc, with none of my back teeth touching). The doctor did not even offer to help fix these issues when the invisalign was finished, and when I came back later to ask about this, he said I could pay the normal re-treatment fee.
As for the practice, I did not feel informed about my treatment progress, etc. and he always seemed to be rushed. I got the feeling (especially considering the result) that he just never actually looked closely at my teeth since he had so many other patients to get to.
At my last appointment I also noticed that most of the assistants looked younger than I was (22). It was not confidence-inspiring , and to me just reinforced my opinion that it is not a very professional environment.
I do agree with other reviewers about his energy and that he's good with kids, but I think it is more important that an orthodontist be focused, detail-oriented as well as professional and honest, in particular if he might not be able to fully treat your case.
About Front Desk: I have nothing negative to say about the front desk staff. They were very nice, caring people.

Dr. Brust is awesome with the kids, always telling jokes. My daughter just finished her treatment and everyone cannot say enough about how beautiful her teeth her. We love the office and the staff, especially the coffee! Would highly recommend.

Dr. Brust was very nice, along with all of the other staff. Both offices were very clean and nice to be in. Anytime i had a problem with my braces or a pain, they would fit me in their schedule and fix it. They will go out of their way just to make the patients happy and relaxed. Dr. Brust scheduled a time outside of what was planned just to help me get my braces off. The waiting room is nice because there are video games, magazines, and music playing that everyone could enjoy.
I strongly recommend Dr. Brust to anyone who is thinking about braces, invisalign, or any other field that he works in.

I just started to have orthodontic treatment. Not much to say. So far I am happy. The price is a bit expensive though.
