Doesn't let parent accompany minor children into the office, or ask for consent for treatment. The staff is rude, and Dr. Kennedy has no bedside manners! The staff didn't see me seated close to the tall desk in the office and were talking trash about patients and using the f word. In a family dentistry!!
About Front Desk: Extremely rude, use foul language, and trash talk patients when they think no one is listening.

Very poor dentist. He didn't numb my tooth and gums enough and had to give me THREE shots!!!! There is NO reason to put anyone through that kind of stress. He doesn't listen to his patients and is always double booked. I felt like I was not important and always being rushed. His front office staff doubled billed me. My overall experience was terrible. I would encourage anyone to consider going to a student freshly out of dental school before going to him!!!

Having Dr. Kennedy as a Dentist has been the greatest experience! He and his staff have been wonderful! He is a very professional and kind person! I always know I will be treated well!

After my dentist retired, and I broke a tooth, I was desperate to find a dentist as soon as possible, without incurring emergency rates. It was late on a Friday afternoon, around 4:30 or 5:00, and I was so impressed when Dr. Kennedy himself answered the telephone, and offered to have me come in right away. Since then, I have switched my whole family over to him. The staff is always accomodating and very friendly.

Dr. Kennedy just did veneers on my 4 front teeth and I love my smile. I am very excited to show off my new smile. I would highly recommend Dr. Kennedy; their staff was very efficient and pleasant. Best of all they worked with my insurance to help keep my cost relatively low.
