After my dentist retired, and I broke a tooth, I was desperate to find a dentist as soon as possible, without incurring emergency rates. It was late on a Friday afternoon, around 4:30 or 5:00, and I was so impressed when Dr. Kennedy himself answered the telephone, and offered to have me come in right away. Since then, I have switched my whole family over to him. The staff is always accomodating and very friendly.
