Dr. Pfaffenberger put a crown on a tooth for me recently and as always, it went very well. She is such a pro. It’s a team effort and they are totally organized. Dr. Pfaffenberger works fast and efficiently. She is always ensuring patient safety and comfort. She is very reasonable on the billing. Everyone there is super nice. Each visit is a pleasure.

About Front Desk: Jenny has a wonderful personality. She takes care of all the appointments and the billing. I have found her to be very fair on the billing although that is also due to Dr. Pfaffenberger's fair and reasonable billing policies.

About Hygienist: All of the hygienists there have done a good job. For the past few years Ana has taken care of me. As a patient, I presented Ana with a case of gum inflammation that had persisted for several years before meeting her. Ana started a series of laser treatments. After a course of laser treatments, the pockets in my gums returned to normal and near normal values. She continued coaching me on later cleaning appointments teaching me every home care technique in the book. Ana sure has a knack as a motivational mentor. Her excellent dental skills go hand in hand with her wonderful social skills.

Hygiene time: 45 minutes

Dr Pfaffenberger has been my dentist for almost 10 years. I have had outstanding dental care during that time. I have trusted Dr Pfaffenberger and her incredible staff to perform cleanings, fillings, root canals, and teeth whitening. I have had my fair share of tooth maladies. I am a patient that does not like "any" pain. While I know Dr Pfaffenberger tells me it may not always be that way, she has done an exceptional job of making my 2 visits each year to be pleasant and as painless as possible. One story of note: I lost a tooth when I was younger and I consulted with Dr Pfaffenberger last year about getting an implant. She offered me several options including not doing anything at all. I was impressed with the fact that even though this is something she is highly skilled at handling she provided me with the options and let me make the decision that was right for me - NO Pressure!! I certainly respect her judgement and her approach and will be a long term patient of hers.

Worst dentist in the area. Always trying to scam for more money. Never believe the whole truth she tells you.

I used her for my family early when kids where young, However she has changed, and now goes right for the big bucks. She doesn't listen to you or what you want, its her way or the highway, she has done this to me and several friends I sent to her. She's always pushing root canals & Crowns. She's turned her business which was great into a capital one;s style office of "Whats in Your Wallet"...lol

She is Awesome!! Very prompt, the time that your appointment is, is the time you get seen. I HATE to wait! My whole family goes to her and no one has had a complaint.

terrible post extraction care. always trying to get me to do things that weren't needed.

No privacy due to open rooms and that can be very embarrassing when getting work done. She had no understanding what I wanted and it was to late to find another dentist because I had already paid and she wasn't giving a refund. I received a bad job and the outcome is I have to see another dentist to do what I didn't get done.I would no recommend her at all.

We like Dr. Pfaffenberger because she is not pushy and does not try to upsell you on add-ons for the kids. I did not want my 3 children to have flouride or x-rays for almost 2 years and she did not judge me or pressure me on this like other dentists have. She has been very personal and her staff are all very personal with us and remember our kids well. I would trust her to tell me what is wrong and not think she is trying to upsell or find problems that are not there. She is very professional and her office reflects that.
