I've been seeing Laura Hoover for years and never had an issue. Well today my appointment was apparently at 9:15 but I had written it down for 9:30. As I pulled into the parking lot my phone rang and it was Laura Hoover's office calling to let me know they would no longer be taking my appointment since i was 15 minutes late. She asked if I would like to reschedule for 3:30pm later this afternoon. I explained that my appointment was for 9:30 and I was in the parking lot about to walk through the door. The assistant then told me I had the appointment wrong, it was for 9:15 and they would no longer be able to see me since I was late. Now I can't tell you how many times I have sat in their waiting room, or been taken back to a room and waited to see the dentist, but today I was too much of an inconvenience for them to take. Their time is obviously more valuable than mine. I am obviously not a valued customer and can't be a burden to their office help. I refuse to be treated this way and WILL NOT BE BACK!

Dr.Laura Hoover goes above and beyond for every person she helps! Herself and her staff are a one of a kind team! They are always extremely helpful and kind! Wonderful customer service! Dr.Laura has a heart and passion for what she does! I would recommend Dr. Hoover, and have in the past. Dr. Hoover is thorough, yet, she is conservative in her treatments and recommendations.

Dr. Hoover and her staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. The only pain-free crown I have ever gotten was at this office.

I had to leave Dr. Hoover when my insurance changed. As soon as it switched back I immediately went back as did all my children. She and her staff are careing and tend to your needs ASAP. I have had to wait at other dentist to get in with a toothache. Not here. She gets you in quickly with little to no pain and does only what is needed. Her approach to cost effective dentistry is wonderful and I never feel she is doing things that don't need to be done. Would reccommend her to my closets friends.
