I've been seeing Laura Hoover for years and never had an issue.
Well today my appointment was apparently at 9:15 but I had written it down for 9:30. As I pulled into the parking lot my phone rang and it was Laura Hoover's office calling to let me know they would no longer be taking my appointment since i was 15 minutes late. She asked if I would like to reschedule for 3:30pm later this afternoon. I explained that my appointment was for 9:30 and I was in the parking lot about to walk through the door.
The assistant then told me I had the appointment wrong, it was for 9:15 and they would no longer be able to see me since I was late.
Now I can't tell you how many times I have sat in their waiting room, or been taken back to a room and waited to see the dentist, but today I was too much of an inconvenience for them to take. Their time is obviously more valuable than mine.
I am obviously not a valued customer and can't be a burden to their office help.
I refuse to be treated this way and WILL NOT BE BACK!
