Office front desk does not seem to care if you get an appointment with Dr Winter or hygieinist. She almost discourages you to get in. You have to wait 3 or 4 months to get in. I have PPO ins and can go anywhere. If you call they are closed before 5 and their office hours are until 5. I quess they don't need my business.
About Hygienist: he has a different Hygienist everytime you go in and they clean your teeth very fast. 10 to 15 minute cleaning.

Dr Winter did an exam and gave me a treatment plan at a cost that I expected to be much higher. He is VERY knowledgeble and explain every process in detail as we looked at the xray. He is very patient and is willing to answer every question you have. I read the reviews here and from the time I made my appt. speaking to his receptionist, I knew I was in great hands. Cust Serv is wonderful and Dr Winter made me feel comfortable as if I had been a patient for years. I have recommended several family members, and they all feel the same way about him! Make your appt with him today!

Dr. Winter is excellent. Great manner with patients, very reassuring, listens well, treatments quick and as pain free as possible, thorough, friendly staff. He fixed work that I had done elsewhere....so glad we found him. My husband and friends have also been very pleased.
About Hygienist: Also very helpful etc.

This dentist is great! My previous dentist wanted to do a procedure that was going to cost me $500 after insurance. My old dentist refused to do a filling that would have cost $40 and told me to find someone else. So I did! I will be staying with Dr. Winter. He has a great attitude,is very thorough and explains what he is doing and makes sure you are okay the whole time you are in the chair. Dr. Winter was able to do the $40 procedure and never even brought up a more costly treatment option. My old dentist lost out because my husband has also switched to Dr. Winter and I have recommended several co-workers to Dr. Winter.

Dr. Winter did a crown on one of my front teeth and did an excellent job - I've had no problems with it and it looks great! Dr. Winter is friendly and has gone out of his way to get me in for cleaning appointments. I've been going to his office for almost 10 years and at times the office staff has not been completely friendly and helpful, but overall I've been very happy with the service.
