Dr. Goodman and his staff did $7000 worth of work to my mouth without ever informing me that it would not be covered under my plan. I have Delta Dental insurance and they are a Delta provider. At no time did anyone ever bother to say, "here are your options and this is how much it is going to cost." That sort of thing seems to be the norm in most dentists' offices. They were very causal about it when we confronted them even admitting that they should have done a better job explaining the costs. Even after a half-hearted apology, they didn't reduce the bill and take responsibility for their mistake. Go and get treated there if you want someone else to spend your money.

I have tried one other dentist and it only took one visit for me to realize that I don't want to change dentists. I just love the staff at Dr. Goodman's office. I know that he will always be as gentle as possible and is concerned about his patients. They don't accept my insurance for significant discounts. It is worth the additional charges for me to go to a dentist that I look forward to seeing every six months.
I have had several root canals and crowns over the past few years and I can't complain about any discomfort after the procedure. He has wonderful chair-side manners, always calls to check on me the next day and I would not consider going to any other dentist!
About Hygienist: My hygienist is usually Leslie and she is very thorough and gentle. I have used a couple of the others and they are equally as good. I always come out of there with extremely clean teeth.

Gary and his staff are great. The customer service is great, Gary and his staff's skills are top notch. They have a vert relaxing atmospshere in the office. I have referred numerours friends and family to Gary all are still satisfied customers.

Dr. & Staff are very personal & customer service oriented. Family friendly dentist great chair side manner. Dr Goodman always has a great mix of music on (his mix of CDs) to ease the nerves. Dr. Goodman & hygienists are very concerned with the client's comfort. Great cleanings, whitening, fillings, & crowns. If insurance is not taken the receptionist/billing person will file the claim for you! HUGE help w/ all the confusing insurance information. Everyone in office tries to remember who you are and what you were up to the last visit in with them. Very personalized service.
