I was turned away 2 days before my appointment after one was made 3 weeks ago by their office. I was given no notice to find another dentist who participates with the same insurance. I was given no reason why, nor was I able to speak with Dr Shuster. This was very unprofessional, inconvient and rude on his part. I can only hope this happens to him sometime soon.

Dr Schuster is an excellent dentist whom I trust with my dental care. He has a very gentle touch and is very knowledgeable and current regarding dental procedures including routine care and cosmetic procedures. The staff is efficient and pleasant. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Schuster is a fine and able dentist and runs a professional shop. He is proactive and will recommended things be fixed even before they become a problem (this may or may not be a positive in your book). However, his office manager is quite rude and dismissive. As a paying customer, i do not appreciate being 'talked down' and so, regrettably, i have decided to take my business elsewhere (even though the other staffers are good, the office manager's negative demeanor outweighs their attitude).

Dr Schuster is a professional, qualified, competent, and sensitive dentist. He is always accurate in his treatment and his staff is courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend him! I have had nothing but positive experiences.

About Hygienist: Both hygienists are excellent...I like them both very much.

I've had no problems with this dental office. Schuster is just fine, professional, congenial, and actually was very helpful in finding a referall doctor that same day to see me. It turns out that referrral saved me from having to get braces, which would have been a waste of money in my case - so I'm very greatful for that--he took my concerns seriously, unlike a few other dentists I've seen in my day. The staff have been just fine, seem plenty organized and friendly when I come in. No problems, I'd recommend (and I do) to my friends.

About Hygienist: I've seen both the hygienist for at least one cleaning, and she was very nice, gentle, all those things you'd want in someone who is cleaning your teeth:)

Dr. Schuster saved me a lot of money by negating some unnecessary recommendations from another dentist. He has fantastic assistants who are helpful and comforting as well as a very comfortable and clean facility.

Dr. Schuster is very compassionate, competent,and caring. When I first went to Dr. Schuster nearly 16 years ago, his chair-side manners were what I needed. I had neglected my dental care because of a bad experience that I had as a child. Most people thought that I was mean because I did not smile much. The truth of the matter was that I needed to have quite a bit of dental work and was ashamed of my teeth. My husband had been a patient for years and would comfort me. I cried weeks in advance of my appointments, but Dr. Schuster never gave up on me or my smile. Even as an adult, Dr. Schuster allowed me to get prizes and stickers from the prize box . Dr. Schuster recommended a fantastic orthodontist, who became part of my treatment plan. Today, I smile and laugh all the time. Dr. Schuster is so much more than a great Dentist, but he is a giver of smiles.

About Hygienist: Over the years, I have come to the conclusions that Dr. Schuster looks for and hires only the best Hygienists in the area. They are consistent and they help to make your visit pleasant. I always leave the office with my teeth feeling clean and fresh. And they do it pain free and they even allow you to choose your tooth polishing paste and you get a new tooth brush too.

Customer service is poor to down right rude. The 2 ladies at the front desk are not nice at all. The older lady is the worst; nasty. I had cavaity filled and my mouth was in pain for over six weeks. I would not reccomend this pratice to anyone.
