This is the most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. The are not accomodating for anything and it is very uncomfortable to go there and have everyone hear what's going on in the dental rooms. I have never had an orthodontist answering his own phone and never had staff that wasn't sure how to answer any insurance questions. I would NOT recommend them at all! The procedure I am having done is Invisalign. I should have trusted my instincts as soon as I walked in the 1st time and turned and walked out!
About Front Desk: They write schedules on what looks like scraps of paper. Very unhelpful with insurance and they don't even know how to answer any questions.

I've had an invisilign braces. Thanks to him, now my front teeth are perfectly beautiful. He is professional and a perfectionist. Cost, billing and payment methods were all convenient to me. He is the best dentist I've ever met.

His office has very friendly staff. Dr. Joo will take his time to answer all questions. Unlike many dental office in the Northern VA, his office is not structured like a factory. They do not try to rush you in and out. The level of dentistry is high quality. Dr. Joo's price is about average but the service is a top notch. He did Invisalign for my wife and me. We are very happy with the result and the service.
