This is the most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. The are not accomodating for anything and it is very uncomfortable to go there and have everyone hear what's going on in the dental rooms. I have never had an orthodontist answering his own phone and never had staff that wasn't sure how to answer any insurance questions. I would NOT recommend them at all! The procedure I am having done is Invisalign. I should have trusted my instincts as soon as I walked in the 1st time and turned and walked out!
About Front Desk: They write schedules on what looks like scraps of paper. Very unhelpful with insurance and they don't even know how to answer any questions.
