Dr. Eder has treated all three of my children with exceptional success. Some treatment more complicated than others and each turned out beautifully! The gift of a beautiful smile for your child is priceless. Dr. Eder and staff are very knowledgeable, using the latest equipment and techniques. We have recommended him to all of our other friends and I know you will have as great experience as we have!

Dr. Eder has treated both our children with our 11 year old son in current treatment. We've found his staff friendly and professional. Dr Eder began by explaining the treatment regiment he recommended and answering our questions. His bedside manner when working with the kids was also incredible. He has a good sense of humor that puts the kids at ease. He is beginning a multi-phase treatment plan for our son to help first straighten a front grown-up tooth that came in crooked and once that and a few surrounding teeth get in place, he is planning on removing the braces, let some additional grownup teeth come in and then continue continue treatment. Within a short time, our son's tooth corrected and his confidence in his smile came back. All in all, a wonderful experience at Dr. Eder's office. We feel a sense of personalization that was missing when we consulted with other offices prior to selecting Eder Orthodontics.
About Front Desk: We're greeted by the front desk promptly and professionally at each visit and their evening appointments make it convenient so our children didn't need to miss school for follow-up appointments. Scheduling has been without issue.

My son received braces from Dr. Eder in February 2016. Treatment price was based on full treatment. My son is entering the military in two weeks and therefore would have to have the braces removed before he leaves. Dr Eder and staff knew this for the last couple months. When speaking to staff member in April 2017 staff member told me total amount due was roughly $300... two weeks later I get a letter stating total due is $1200. Amount due within two weeks before he has braces removed. Upon calling Amanda Dr. Eder's wife. She explained to me because my Son had to get his braces removed early the amount that insurance will not cover I would have to pay for even though treatment is completed. So for my son going to the military to fight for his country and defend America, I'm being penalized and have to pay this amount within two weeks or they would not remove braces. I received a threatening phone call stating he would not have his last appointment if the $1200 was not paid for by certain date...
No discount no thank you for serving our country nothing still have to pay even though treatment was completed earlier. I'm not sure how they can live with themselves knowing that they just ripped off someone I will not return to this office nor will I recommend this office ever I am so appalled by how this was handled absolutely unbelievable. I wasn't looking for a free handout I was looking for some kind of courtesy! Never once was I ever late on payments the office always had your money on time. I hope Dr Eder and staff read this because it's very disappointing the treatment that was given at that office and I hope you can live with yourself knowing that you took advantage of people.

Liar, money grub very very unprofessional! Stay away!! Overcharges and when you or your insurance does not pay in full, will agrees to payment terms. Then after making payments refuses to treat your child!
About Front Desk: LIARS, nasty, snotty, discourteous. People you really just don't want to deal with. Also makes payment arraignments and then starts piling on enormous late fees!

This was the most discourteous provider I ever dealt with in my life. Also the brackets also fell off constantly and treatment took much longer than we were originally told. I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone. Treatment was even refused to my son over a legitimate billing dispute!
