Dr. Joe was very informative and took the time to thoroughly review my dental treatment. The staff was very friendly and personable and made my visit enjoyable. Glad I decided to go and not believe the few bad reviews. This office was more than professional. And Dr. Joe is a very straigh forward honest person who tells it like it is. So if you are looking for professional services from an honest doctor who is going to tell you the truth about your dental needs. He is the guy! I highly recommend this office to anyone!!

I switched to dr Ruggirello 41/2 months ago, his office is very high tech, they scans your teeth with a laser, digital X-ray s and a high intensity light to get a whole picture of what's going on . He ask me when do I want to treat the cavities-- at stage 1,2,3, or 4, he went through all the differences of all the stages and gave me different options for treatment-- I took all the X-rays , laser scans,high intensity light and photos and gave them to my nephew at Michigan Dental school- because I wasn't sure . He got back to me a week later with the same results . He started and finished his work after every appointment gave me his home and cell phone number if I had any problems. All for appointments went with no problems except my bite was high I went back to his office and he adjusted it ! He's a type a guy you can have a regular conversation with not a stuffy Dr. type of person. I highly recommend him

About Front Desk: Front desk was extremely friendly did all of my insurance work up before I ever got there, had a five minute wait before they set me in the room. Very professional, but very personable

About Hygienist: Virginia was the hygienist, she took all the x-rays some pictures was extremely gentle, was very thorough and her explanation of what she thought was going on at the doctor come in the room and verify, he looked at all the pictures x-rays and said I needed some work and some of the other work was so small we will watch it

Dr Ruggirello and his staff are top notch in every way possible! Outstanding customer service, Dr and his staff go out of their way to make sure you have the best dental experience possible! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!

This guy is horrible, does not even take the time to explain things to you and is always in a rush and does not give you the time of day, he is a crook. At first he seems like a nice guy to lure you in its all an act, but once you pay and get things going he doesnt care about you or your teeth after because u already paid him! Crook!!! Do not go here noone seems to know what they are doing at this office!!

Horrible! I have always went to a different dentist but my insurance changed so I went here (bad decision). I went from never getting any cavaties to getting 8. The Dr. was very shady and wouldn't tell me how many cavaties I had, I begged the dental hygienist to tell me how many. Also, the Dr. never even looked in my mouth! I didn't think that seemed right so I asked for my X-rays, which they gave me on a sheet of computer paper:/ Once the dentist knew I was questioning his shady ways, he kept calling me and wanted to set up a meeting, but I had better things to do then sitting with a jerk who lies and wants people's money! I took my x-rays to a trustworthy dentist and it turns out I have none! I will be contacting my insurance company, better business bureau and American Dental Association. He is committing insurance fraud. It is so sad he will scam and lie to family's about wrong dental work just to get there money. Only if you want to be lied to/ get unnecessary dental work, DONT GO

Makes up fake cavities ao he can drill and fill amd then messes your teeth up so you have to come back to get it fixed and then he does not even get that fixed properly. Makes your teeth weaker than before going to him and also makes your teeth hurt. Worse dentist i have had all of my life. There is a new office he has being built over on romeo plank rd and 25 mile road. So you tell me, u think he needs to up the ante for his dental clientele..or just get more money from his already clientele..by ruining your teeth. So in return, he has to fix them thus making more moola. Money that is. Good luck dr. Joe. U should b ashamed.
